Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field is preferred.
• Experience supervising on municipal infrastructure projects is necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction observation of municipal and development infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, measurements, and progress.
• Assist with documentation such as progress payments and meeting minutes.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract drawings.
