As a senior advisor to Compliance and business leaders, you will drive improvements in methodologies, reporting, and governance while building a high-performing team recognized for excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic delivery of the Compliance Testing portfolio across Wealth & Insurance; ensure testing is risk-based and evidence-driven.
• Lead planning, execution and oversight of complex Compliance Testing engagements; ensure clear documentation and strong conclusions.
• Provide independent challenge on testing scope, methodologies and remediation plans; drive data-driven improvements.
• Support portfolio planning and enterprise initiatives; balance demand with quality and timeliness.
