Job summary

Danone Canada is seeking a Communications Senior Manager for a 14-month contract to lead employee communications and engagement nationwide. You will collaborate with the Director of Communications to implement strategy, organize events, and support selected external mandates while contributing to corporate reputation.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in communications, 7+ years of experience, and fluent English/French writing and speaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field (Public Relations or Marketing Communications).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant communications experience.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and French; bilingualism required.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital communications and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy to engage employees around culture, values and Danone Canada’s ambition.
• Implement internal communications plan aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organization of internal events including annual Danone Day and other employee initiatives.
• Develop engaging content for employees aligned with company priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver corporate messages through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams for communications alignment.
• Support external communications mandates and contribute to corporate reputation and crises as needed.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content development, efficiency and impact.
