  • Support reputation management efforts and help identify communication opportunities and potential issues that may impact the organization’s reputation.
  • Champion the consistent application of Torngat Metals’ brand standards, voice, and visual identity across all communications and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Contribute to the development of communication tools, processes, and best practices, while measuring the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Expertise in social media and website management, content creation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva and other design tools; experience with additional design software is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in the mining industry is considered an asset.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Competitive compensation with a bonus program
  • Group RRSP with up to 5% employer contribution
