Job summary

Northbridge Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Commercial Underwriter for Construction, Endorsements and renewals. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters. We want your talent!

If you are great at:

• Commercial Underwriting
• Construction Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Building relationships with brokers.

If you have:

• 5+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience in Construction Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation (an asset).
