Job summary

Westland Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor for our Fort Saskatchewan, AB branch. This hybrid role focuses on growing small business client relationships, educating clients on policy options, and delivering exceptional service.

You'll own client relationships, meet sales targets, and mentor junior teammates while benefiting from a flexible, inclusive culture and a rewards program that includes commissions and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP; financial support provided.
• Farm account experience is ideal.
• Strong sales focus with ability to build authentic client relationships.
