Job description

Our client is looking for a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager who is looking for new challenges and wants to make a difference in their workplace. If you are a go-getter and thrive in a collaborative environment, then this company is where you will fit.

What you will be doing :

• Work together with the Producers in managing the existing book of business and developing new portfolio.
• Manage existing accounts like sending correspondence and daily administration.
• Manage clients’ needs and provide any support needed like preparing quotes, up-selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain good relationships with underwriters and other members of different practice groups.

What we are looking for :

• Must have at least 5 years of insurance experience.
• EPIC experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Level 2 license and CAIB or CIP insurance designation is an asset
• Team player, great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking and must have good customer service skills.
• Salary is between 85,000 to 110,000
