Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Cloud Services and Site Reliability in Canada. You will lead a high-performing SRE team, setting reliability targets, automating operations, and coordinating with engineering, product, and security to build resilient cloud services.

In this remote-friendly leadership role, you’ll drive incident response improvements, implement SLOs/SLIs, and shape the culture of ownership and continuous delivery across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or related technical operations roles, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and production operations.
• Hands-on in SLOs/SLIs, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SRE team with ownership and accountability.
• Drive reliability practices across cloud services, including SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to improve architecture, scalability, and resilience.
• Own incident management, including major incidents, post-incident reviews, and RCA actions.
• Champion automation and tooling to reduce manual toil and improve consistency and scale.
• Analyze operational data to identify reliability gaps and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with security and engineering to support secure, compliant production environments.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, CI/CD, cost optimization, and multi-cloud initiatives.
