Job summary

Manulife is seeking an executive-level Lead Solutions Architect to drive multi-cloud and hybrid target-state architectures across Azure and AWS. You will embed with product and delivery teams to guide architecture from discovery through implementation, ensuring security, resiliency, and cost efficiency.

With 10+ years in large-enterprise architecture, you will lead automation using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, and CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate with ServiceNow and observability tools to mature

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application and/or infrastructure solution architecture in large, complex enterprises.
• Strong designing and building large-scale cloud architectures on Azure; AWS and hybrid environments preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations and IT operating model transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-cloud and hybrid target-state architectures across Azure and AWS.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure security, resiliency, and compliance standards.
• Embed with product and delivery teams to guide architecture from discovery to operations.
• Develop automation strategies using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate solutions with ServiceNow for ITSM/ITOM processes and governance.
