The Opportunity

We aim to deliver a high-quality, reliable 24x7 Payment Acceptance Platform via a SaaS model. The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining the software engineering tools and systems used to manage our cloud platform and supporting systems. This role involves working closely with developers, QA, and Operations to implement and sustain automated CI/CD systems, development, and production environments. A key focus is migrating existing on-premise applications to cloud architecture. Technologies involved include mobile applications (Android/iOS), backend and frontend technologies like C# and Java on Windows and Linux. We are a fast-paced, dynamic company seeking team members ready for a challenge.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage automation tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, automated testing, and deployment management.
• Translate requirements into reliable, scalable cloud-based automation systems.
• Mentor peers through reviews and collaborative practices.
• Coordinate with operations teams to migrate on-prem solutions to GCP cloud architecture.
• Ensure platform quality and maintainability through scripting, tool management, and documentation.

Who Are We Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a software development-related field
• 8+ years in software development tools, deployment, or operations
• Strong teamwork, mentorship, and communication skills
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Octopus, Jenkins, Ansible, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, with a preference for GCP experience
• Experience with software development practices and tools like GIT, Maven, Ant, Visual Studio, CMake, Android Studio
• Ability to script in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Familiarity with SDLC frameworks like Scrum
