Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to go beyond a typical clinical monitor. You will be the site’s sole point of contact, handling QVs, SIVs, monitoring visits, and close-out, while building strong site relationships and safeguarding patient rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• 18+ months direct onsite monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or health-related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication within a matrixed team.
• Ability to work in a self-driven capacity with a sense of urgency and limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and generate visit reports.
• Build relationships and promote rapport with site staff while ensuring study integrity.
• Review trial performance to safeguard patient rights and well-being per protocol.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies to meet enrollment timelines and ensure SOPs, protocol amendments, GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate data quality and site drug accountability, and monitor regulatory documentation.
• Perform site document verification and ensure completeness and quality of records.
