Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage site visits and ensure high-quality trial delivery. You will be the sole point of contact for clinical sites, addressing issues and maintaining study integrity.

Ideal candidates have 18+ months of onsite CRA experience, a biological science degree, and strong communication skills to operate in a matrixed team. The role offers growth, training, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ months onsite monitoring experience as CRA or similar.
• Bachelors or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy or health-related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication within a matrix team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring and termination visits at assigned sites and generate reports.
• Build relationships and promote site rapport with staff.
• Review trial performance to safeguard rights and well-being of participants.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to meet enrollment timelines with SOPs and GCP compliance.
• Evaluate data quality and drug accountability at sites.
• Perform site regulatory document verification.
