Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II/Senior) to join our globally focused team. The role emphasizes site monitoring, maintaining patient safety, and building strong site relationships across multiple therapeutic areas.

Travel and remote work options expand collaboration with international sites. The ideal candidate has at least 18 months of onsite CRA experience, a life sciences degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of direct onsite monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in biological science, pharmacy or health-related discipline
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team
• Ability to work in a self-driven capacity with urgency and limited oversight
• Client-focused approach with flexibility for assignments and new learning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to unpredictable scenarios and meet timelines
• Honest and ethical work approach to promote life-changing treatments
• Strong computer skills including CTMS, EDMS and MS-Office (Excel/Word)

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned sites and generate reports
• Build relationships and promote site staff rapport while ensuring study integrity
• Protect patients by safeguarding rights and well-being per protocol
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to meet enrollment timelines and ensure SOPs comply with regulatory requirements
• Evaluate data quality and site performance, and drug accountability
• Ensure completeness and quality of regulatory documentation and site file verification
