Job summary

Octacom, a division of DCM, is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services in Richmond Hill, ON. This onsite role may include one remote day per week after probation, with travel as needed.

You will own strategic client relationships, lead complex implementations, and coordinate Production and IT to deliver on commitments. The role emphasizes account leadership, contract renewals, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing account management role
• 2+ years managing enterprise accounts
• Experience in a B2B IT or document/data management environment is an asset
• Strong project management with cross-functional leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise client accounts and manage onboarding through renewal
• Lead complex client escalations and identify risks
• Act as project manager for onboarding, new projects, and changes
• Track commitments, delivery performance, renewal pricing, and risks
• Own internal processes and service standards for accounts
• Drive consistent service delivery across internal teams
• Set documentation standards for QA implementations and rollouts
