What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster:

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on attention to detail while prioritizing the customer experience. The Casualty and Litigation team handles various claims across Auto, CGL, Directors’ and Officers’, and Professional Liability lines of business. Responsibilities include efficient investigation, coverage liability assessment, and damages evaluation while collaborating with third parties and legal counsel to resolve claims.

We want your talent if you are great at:

• Adjudicating intermediate to complex claims, including files in litigation
• Confirming coverage and completing a liability investigation
• Preparing file summaries for internal reporting, large loss, and reinsurance
• Effectively managing a busy day-to-day schedule
• Providing a great customer experience

And you have:

• Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related field
• Completed or working towards the CIP designation
• A minimum of 5 years of liability claim handling experience
• Experience with commercial lines is an asset
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate clearly with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel
