Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering with professional designation preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal civil engineering design or project management.
• Experience in transportation infrastructure design and delivery.
• Experience leading and managing teams of professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Major Projects Canada with civil and utilities design and delivery.
• Oversee team performance to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Lead civil/utilities components from inception to completion (water, storm, sanitary, and related works).
• Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency.
• Advance projects from concept to construction while ensuring standards compliance.
• Prepare technical designs, specifications, reports and proposals.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to stakeholder needs.
• Lead RFQ/RFP proposals with innovative, client-focused solutions.
• Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee schedules and ensure on-time delivery aligned with goals.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and revenue growth.
