Egis in Canada is seeking an experienced Intermediate Civil Engineer to lead and deliver major civil engineering projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects align with client objectives and meet municipal standards.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of design experience on large complex projects
• Working knowledge of modelling software
• Possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects
• Manage client relationships ensuring project alignment with objectives
• Mentor and develop staff to improve technical capabilities

Skills

Design skills with AutoCAD/Civil3D/MicroStation/BIM/Revit

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Strong attention to detail

Time management and problem-solving skills

Understanding of civil engineering disciplines

Excellent interpersonal skills

Project management experience

Education

University degree in Civil Engineering

Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
