Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Civil/Structural Designer in Canada to deliver high-quality 2D and 3D design work for piping, structural, and process equipment projects. The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, adherence to project standards, and meeting tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Civil/Structural design, experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, and proficiency with MicroStation, CadWorx, and related tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in 2D design and 3D modeling with listed tools.
Civil/structural design experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is required (EPC a must).
Experience with concrete and steel structures on multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare electronic working plans and technical drawings per project standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with lead engineers and team to meet deadlines.
Provide guidance to team members and assist the Lead as needed.
Contribute to design budget and hour estimates for proposals.
