Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer in an EPC environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario in good standing.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry in Canada.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and calculations of nuclear-related structures subjected to hazards.
• Provide technical oversight of reinforcement detailers and review models/drawings.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and ensure QA policy compliance.
• Perform structural analyses using FEM software and participate in dynamic analyses of nuclear structures.
• Draft technical specifications and review contractor documents; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
