Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on land development design experience in Alberta.

• Strong knowledge of municipal processes and design standards.
• Excel proficiency for design calculations.
• Experience in field or construction environments is an asset.
• Creative problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Comfortable working with engineers and interdisciplinary teams.

Your Impact

• A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or an equivalent field.
• 8-10 years of hands on experience in land development design within Alberta and familiarity with municipal processes.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, familiarity with platforms like ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, or SharePoint is an asset with a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900

MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
