Job Description:

• Lead planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to foster shared ownership, collaboration, and awareness of the program. Motivate and engage these groups to participate in the transformation.
• Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to develop tactics that prepare Prescribers and Clinicians for change.
• Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR teams as needed.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
• Gather and analyze Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
• As the CMC team expands, oversee daily activities of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement.
• Manage tasks using the Program management tool Jira.
• Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks and adapt engagement tactics based on Readiness Survey results and feedback.
• The candidate must sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training before starting.

Mandate Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience (Yes/No).
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior change management or healthcare leadership role leading transformation initiatives impacting healthcare providers (from Month/Year to Month/Year).
• Experience managing change related to clinical documentation, workflow, or healthcare technology with clinical user groups for 5+ years (from Month/Year to Month/Year).
• Availability to start around June 2nd, 2025 (Yes/No).

Scored Requirements:

• Experience leading and managing change initiatives involving technology-enabled transformation in complex environments for 5+ years (from Month/Year to Month/Year).
• Experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist or Lead in clinical transformation contexts impacting healthcare providers for 5+ years (from Month/Year to Month/Year).
