Job summary

A luxury elderly care provider based in Quebec is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to support high standards of personal care for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring wellbeing, managing care plans, and acting as a contact point with families and healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have at least 2 years of experience in a care environment, and demonstrate effective communication and positive attitude. Both day and night shifts are available on a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience working in a similar care environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • DBS Disclosure check required.

Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and update care plans accordingly.
  • Act as a key contact point for residents and health professionals.
