Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and oversee design and construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget across corporate real estate and facility initiatives.
You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout activities while coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and third‑party PM firms to drive project success.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will plan, direct, manage, and oversee assigned design and construction projects to ensure delivery within established schedules and budgets. You will lead the execution of small to large capital improvement and build projects while coordinating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, customers, and third-party project management resources. The role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, project execution, invoicing oversight, and project closeout activities. You will support initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and building maintenance performance while ensuring alignment with company procedures, contract requirements, quality expectations, and health, safety, and environmental requirements. By managing project scope, costs, schedules, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement activities, you will help deliver corporate real estate and facility projects that support operational performance and long-term business goals.
