Job summary

Accenture recruiting team is seeking an Entry Level Recruiting Analyst to deliver a personalized candidate experience and build pipelines for early talent programs across Western Canada. You will partner with internal stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team to engage colleges, universities, student groups and associations.

You will lead campus events, coordinate recruitment activities, screen candidates, manage offers and track metrics to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• College diploma in personnel management or related field is usually required.
• Solid understanding of Western Canada's post-secondary landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach for Western Canada.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for entry level candidates across early talent programs.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with career centres, faculty, student associations, and campus clubs.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus events including career fairs and sessions.
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers per program timelines.
• Support identification of right student profiles and program eligibility criteria.
• Maintain candidate data in Workday, HiredScore, Paradox and related tools.
• Track campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Accenture as a campus brand ambassador on campus.
