Job summary

Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. (RESILIENCE) is seeking a Calibration Technician IV for our Mississauga facility. The role emphasizes calibration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of instrumentation used in cGMP biomanufacturing.

The technician prioritizes calibration tasks, ensures instrument accuracy, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards in a regulated environment. Schedule includes regular shifts with potential extended hours based on project deadlines.

Qualifications

Progressive hands-on calibration and instrumentation experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use test equipment; maintain compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Calibrate, test, inspect critical instrumentation and control systems for accurate process measurements.
Perform scheduled and predictive calibration checks on process and utility instrumentation.
Monitor instrument failures, alarms, and abnormal conditions and implement preventive actions.
Document all calibration activities accurately in work orders and certificates.
Drive improvements to instrument performance, reliability, and safety; participate in upgrades.
