3Pillar, an AI transformation partner, is seeking a C#.Net Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Montreal. You will architect solutions, lead modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-grade applications.

You should have 7+ years in C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs, strong SQL Server experience, and hands-on with Angular front-ends. This role emphasizes quality, scalability, and client-facing communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level software development using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with .NET MVC and modern .NET versions.
• Front-end skills: AngularJS, Angular 17, HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in SQL Server 2019 and relational data modeling.
• Experience in Agile environments and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute in agile project teams during scrums, sprint planning, code reviews
• Develop, maintain, and integrate software systems and applications.
• Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Apply object oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Write automated unit tests
• Participate in story refinement and sprint planning

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:
• Senior level software development experience using C#.NET and ASP.Net Core,
• Experience with . NET MVC and .NET10
• Front-end technologies: Front-end AngularJS and Angular 17, HTML, CSS
• SQL and Ms SQL Server 2019
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
• Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with OWASP.
• Client facing experience and strong communication skills.

Additional Experience Desired

• Previous experience with IBM MQ or any similar message queuing system
• Containers using Docker/Kubernetes/Aspire
• Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)
• Prior experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Architectural (Microservices, Serverless etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer etc) Patterns
