Alteo is seeking a Senior C# Full-Stack Developer for a permanent role based in Montreal. The position follows a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days teleworking.

You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable applications. Qualifications

• DEC/BAC in IT or software engineering or equivalent
• 7-10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular)
• Strong back-end experience (C#, .NET)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL) and API design
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications, including software architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code through unit testing and code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues as they arise
