Senior Business Analyst Role Overview:

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Manage projects, clients, and vendors to deliver program initiatives, supporting requirements development, quality deliverables, and the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Manage projects from initiation to launch, developing plans, estimates, and providing administrative support.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to align priorities.
  • Define and document business, clinical, and end-user requirements.
  • Conduct gap and options analyses, translating requirements into system specifications.
  • Document workflows and support operational processes.
  • Develop and update project deliverables, including roadmaps and requirement documents.
  • Oversee quality management, system validation, and testing.
  • Partner with business teams on process improvements and project recommendations.
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Degree in business, health informatics, engineering, computer science, or related fields, or relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or IIBA certification is an asset.

Required Experience:

  • At least 5 years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in service operations or consumer environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, especially clinical systems or IT implementation.
  • Experience with large government or healthcare organizations.
  • Understanding of software design, implementation, and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $92,000-$138,000

Performance Bonus: 15%
