Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking a Business System Analyst to bridge business and IT, working hybrid in Toronto.

You will write user stories, refine backlogs, collaborate with stakeholders, QA and developers, and ensure delivery in the Banking/Financial domain where Investor Services knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising between business product owners and IT delivery teams.
• Ability to write user stories, develop process flows, and create functional specifications.
• Update Jira backlog and run backlog refinement sessions; define system functionalities and back up Scrum Master duties as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of SQL and Investor Services domain is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in Banking/Financial domain is desirable.
