Position Overview

Do you have a passion for the media & entertainment industry? Are you ready to transition into corporate strategy after a successful consulting career? Autodesk Entertainment & Media Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager with experience in management consulting and the media entertainment industry. You will drive multiple strategy and growth initiatives within Autodesk's media entertainment division, making industry-informed decisions. You will handle various roles and responsibilities while delivering results.

You will contribute significantly to the success of Autodesk's Media & Entertainment division and collaborate with a talented, passionate team dedicated to bringing the latest technology to the media entertainment industry.

Location : Based in Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco, or Los Angeles (Hybrid / Remote options available). Reporting to the Senior Director, M&E Business Strategy.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide input to develop the strategic planning process for the Media & Entertainment division.
2. Collaborate with the industry strategy team to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
3. Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence and implement growth plans, including successful GTM strategies for new products and platforms.
4. Lead market research and analyze data and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
5. Develop relationships with partners, including executives, customers, and industry associations.
6. Leverage your consulting background to identify strategic opportunities, operational efficiencies, and implement best practices.
7. Lead planning for new offerings and products, including business models, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
8. Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the success of growth initiatives.
9. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or strategy & operations roles within gaming or technology companies, with 5+ years in the M&E industry.
3. Expertise in Excel and storytelling with PowerPoint using analytical insights.
4. Ability to travel up to 20%.
