We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Revenue Growth Management team. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive our vision to become a data-led, tech-enabled organization-empowering our Sales, Category, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams with world-class reporting and insights.

You will lead the design and development of visual reporting tools, champion the implementation of SAP Datasphere, and be the go-to expert in KPI tracking and dashboarding. Your Future:

  • Create & Develop Reporting Tools: Design and build centralized KPI dashboards by integrating internal and external data sources, tailored to the needs of Sales, Category, and RGM teams.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs and deliver scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions.
  • Lead Innovation: Drive the business implementation of SAP Datasphere, leading best practices, training, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build Connections: Collaborate with Sales, Category and other key business stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and develop impactful solutions.
  • Advance Commercial Data Capabilities: Provide strategic recommendations to enhance our reporting infrastructure, including opportunities to leverage AI for smarter insights.
  • Drive Adoption & Engagement: Ensure an outstanding end-user experience by championing intuitive design, building training materials, and maintaining a best-in-class dashboard library.
  • Future-Ready Thinking: Proactively identify emerging reporting needs across departments and explore tools and capabilities to meet them.

Your Strengths:

  • Minimum 5 years CPG experience with at least 3 years experiences sales/business/RGM analyst, data scientist role (or similar)
  • Experience designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with syndicated market data (IRI, Nielsen etc.,)
  • Experience in working with sales systems, data sources/tools, data processing and linking data.
  • Experience with SAP systems—especially SAP Datasphere (preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate business questions into technical solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, capable of driving adoption and inspiring change.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for continuous improvement, user experience, and innovation.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
