How will you make a difference as a Senior Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen?

  • Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes.
  • Perform case preparation and filing tasks with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts under supervision, providing clear and prompt updates on case status or inquiries.
  • Meet deadlines aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and report case progress, escalations, and status updates to your supervisor.
  • Compile and analyze large data sets within case management systems for reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in your work.
  • Adhere to firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, including data privacy protocols and proper use of systems like Connect.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
  • At least one year of US business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, drafting, and grammatical accuracy without AI assistance.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
