About the role

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will take a key role in customer projects, spanning across the full life science value chain, including R&D and Commercial. In these projects you will act as the link between business and IT and be able to exploit your skills within project management, agile, business analysis, problem-solving, digital strategy, innovation, or similar. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to join cross-professional teams and work with highly specialized colleagues within the life science domain. This position is available at the Associate Manager, Manager and Senior Manager level.

All projects are unique, but as a Senior Business Consultant you can be expected to:

• Manage and coordinate project activities, including project planning, activities tracking, risks, status meetings etc.
• Manage and coordinate change management activities.
• Facilitate workshops, including requirement gathering, feature prioritization, process development etc.
• Analyse and benchmark IT and market trends within life sciences.
• Develop and document IT and business processes.
• Develop digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise clients on navigating the digital landscape within the life science industry.

For this position, the person has to be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As a minimum, it is expected that you:

• Hold a relevant master’s degree in e.g. business, finance, economics, mathematics, information technology, or engineering with above-average academic achievements.
• Have +5 years of experience within a consulting company or similar.
• Have experience in life sciences, e.g. within business areas or technologies in R&D or commercial.
• Have experience in applying meaningful technologies, methodologies, and techniques to solve business problems.
• Master English at a professional level as it is our and our customers’ company language.

Further, you should be able to identify with the following characteristics:
