Job Description:

• Leading, facilitating and documenting strategic plans and priorities, aligning to Department vision for implementing its Regulatory Assurance Framework.
• Project manage releases of the Digital Regulatory Assurance System to achieve this vision.
• Manage a team to facilitate stakeholder workshops and focus groups.
• Prepare and present strategies and information to steering committees and project groups.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about initiatives or issues to executives and staff, steering committees, project groups and client personnel and other stakeholders.
• Assist with risk management and issues management.
• Develop and execute change management plans and communication plans
• Develop benefits and performance measure indicators.
• Provide quality assurance services throughout the technological development to ensure completeness, working functionality and business requirements are met while minimizing complexity and technical debt.
• Manage multiple task teams undertaking business design, technological builds, user acceptance testing and implementation/change management for successful releases of new functionality in the Digital Regulatory Assurance System.

Must Have:

• The proposed candidate must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role: University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience; OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience. Yes/No
• Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent and/or an active CMC designation as issued by a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes or equivalent. Yes/No
• Active professional certification or accreditation in a related discipline from a recognized issuing body. Yes/No
• Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. 5 years
• Experience in managing projects in an organization of comparable size and complexity to the client. 5 years
• Experience in the design, development and implementation of a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program. 5 years
• Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions. 5 years
• Experience with Environmental Management System (EMS). 5 years

• Experience at the senior management level or above in an organization of comparable size and complexity to the client 5 years.
