Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive discovery, requirements, and roadmaps for AI-enabled banking solutions in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk and governance teams, and delivery partners to ensure measurable value. Responsibilities include documenting current and target states, creating BRDs and user stories, and guiding UAT, release readiness, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly justify requirements and solution recommendations using evidence-based reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions to document current-state processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeys.
