Job summary

Bevertec is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an enterprise MFA and IAM transformation initiative. You will work with business, application, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to assess applications, gather requirements, identify risks, and support MFA implementation.

Key requirements include 7+ years in BA/IAM/Cybersecurity, strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel/data analysis, and hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk.
• Strong experience with MFA/IAM transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis experience.
• Experience with executive reporting and dashboards.
• Hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security.
• Knowledge of NIST and IAM governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps.
• CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.
• Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess applications and gather requirements for MFA/IAM transformation.
• Identify risks and support MFA implementation across teams.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for governance reviews.
