Operational Efficiency:
  1. Identify and implement improvements in core ERP processes and workflows, including billing verifications, reporting, and support management, to enhance efficiency.
  2. Lead initiatives for standardized ERP configurations and system updates across institutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reducing redundant customizations.
  3. Monitor ERP system performance, user feedback, and system updates to proactively address issues and keep institutions informed of developments and impacts.

  4. Skilled in requirements gathering, process improvement, and translating complex needs into actionable plans.
  5. Adept at assessing ERP processes and developing data-driven strategies.
  6. Excellent communicator with experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
  7. Proficient in ERP systems and SaaS/cloud-based models. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  8. Effective time management, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize, and multitask.
  9. Demonstrated professionalism and self-awareness.
  10. Proficient in documentation and report writing.
  11. Ability to work independently and proactively under the guidance of the Director, STS & ERP.
