Job summary

WestJet is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Disruption Management team, reporting to the Portfolio Manager. The role focuses on disruption visualization and OCC Decision Support development, translating complex operational challenges into clear requirements.

You will collaborate with OCC, Operations, Frontline, Product and Technology to deliver improvements for guests and employees, while expanding to broader disruption initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for the role.
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to lead analysis from discovery through implementation and drive outcomes.
• Strong requirements management, process analysis and KPI definition experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to define business problems, root causes and outcomes.
• Develop current- and future-state processes and capabilities.
• Translate priorities into clear requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and quantify benefits.
