Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to drive BRD creation, data mapping, and documentation across client programs.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. You will facilitate requirements workshops, translate complex specifications into clear business rules, and author documentation such as BRDs, FDS, and ICDs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, especially in customer communications and document production.
• Ability to create Business Requirements Documents and perform data mapping.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own BRDs including authoring, versioning, stakeholder alignment, and client sign-off.
• Produce FDS, SDD, ICD/Data Interface Specifications and data mapping documents.
• Translate runbooks, data files, and legacy specs into business rules; define print, digital and archival outputs.
• Analyze API integrations, endpoints, payloads, and error handling for REST/SOAP services.
• Support offshore/vendor BSA teams and manage change control across programs.
