Job Description:

Must Haves:

· 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst

· Proven experience with GUI design and mockups (e.g., Balsamiq)

· Proficient in JAD sessions, UML, and CASE tools

· Experience working with Document Management Systems and/or CRM platforms

· Strong background in producing business cases, screen/interface designs, process models, PIAs, TRAs, and logical architecture artifacts

Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new or enhanced I&IT systems. Translate user needs into clear technical specifications and interface designs. Produce key documentation and artifacts to support project planning, privacy/security compliance, and system design. Advise on business analysis best practices and ensure consistency across deliverables to support enterprise-wide initiatives effectively
