We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Client team on a large-scale digital initiative. This role requires a collaborative professional with strong business analysis capabilities in agile environments.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

· Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

· Skilled in facilitating JAD sessions and workshops for complex web/data analytics solutions

· Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements

· Strong background working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on enterprise-level projects

· Proficient in writing clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
You will lead and deliver a full range of I&IT business analysis services—translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements to inform I&IT solutions. You’ll drive workshops, process modeling, business case development, and feasibility studies, while aligning with Ontario Public Service (OPS) methodologies. Your work will support effective service delivery and modernization initiatives through collaboration, strategy, and documentation best practices.
