The Senior Business Analyst serves as a key link between business needs and technology solutions. This role leads business improvement initiatives by translating organizational priorities into effective technology enabled outcomes.
The Senior Business Analyst guides solutions from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, they facilitate stakeholder collaboration, build consensus on solution design, and support the successful delivery of projects and organizational change.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with business acumen to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure client needs, organizational priorities, and strategic goals are achieved.
Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office, you will:
Communication: Ability to clearly explain and present technical and business information verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership: Ability to guide initiatives, manage change, and support implementation while navigating shifting priorities and constraints.
Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate processes and information technology options to develop effective, well-supported solutions.
Interpersonal: Ability to build cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, clients and stakeholders.
Teamwork/Independence: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Organizational: Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
