We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Fredericton. This is primarily a remote role with occasional onsite requirements.

Estimated Start Date: July 15, 2025

Estimated End Date: July 14, 2026

Location of Services: Fredericton

Standard Hours/Day: 7.25

Must Have:

• 5 years of experience with requirements elicitation and documentation for IT applications
• 1 year of project management experience on IT projects
• 5 years of experience analyzing business processes and procedures in complex transformation initiatives across multiple entities
• 5 years of experience documenting and diagramming system/application workflows in application development
• 5 years of experience in both collaborative and autonomous team roles
• Certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (e.g., PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP)
• Experience working in or for the Canadian public sector
• 1 year of recent experience supporting Property Assessment and Taxation applications
