***This position is for a Senior Building Operator based out of Calgary***

About the role

As Senior Building Operator within our REMS Team, you'll play a pivotal role in being a great teammate that thrives with delivering top quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.

What you bring

• 5-7 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment

• 4th class Power Engineering Certification

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A valid driver’s license

Bonus skills and experience

• Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks

• Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
