Job summary
LJB Canada, Inc. is seeking a Senior Bridge Project Manager in Calgary, AB. The candidate will lead bridge projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and apply advanced engineering techniques to solve complex challenges.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, P.Eng with APEGA, PMP designation, and strong leadership and client engagement skills. Salary ranges from CA$130,000 to CA$180,000 depending on experience and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Registered as Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA.
- PMP designation with 10+ years in project management.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering practice in bridge and transportation structures; rail experience a plus.
- Experience reviewing condition survey reports and rehabilitation recommendations.
- Experience with CHBDC and AREMA codes; multi-disciplinary project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a structural design team for a variety of bridge projects.
- Provide project management for multidisciplinary bridge initiatives.
- Apply advanced engineering techniques to solve complex challenges.
- Direct, coach, and guide engineers and technicians on projects.
- Prepare proposals and participate in business development activities.
- Oversee construction services during active project phases.
