Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bridge and transportation structures.
• Experience with CHBDC and AREMA codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a structural design team for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques to solve complex challenges.
• Direct, coach, and guide engineers and technicians on projects.
• Prepare proposals and participate in business development.
• Provide construction support and site visits on active projects.
