About The Role

LayerZero is transforming blockchain connectivity to be more accessible, scalable, seamless, and omnichain. Design plays a central role, and we seek a Brand Designer to craft beautiful and functional experiences across our products, campaigns, and launches. You will collaborate closely with Product and Brand Designers to ensure consistency and cohesion.

What You'll Do

1. Build and maintain UI libraries for our products, apps, and website to ensure a unified look.
2. Work with Product and Brand Designers on various projects, including features, social media, events, and campaigns.
3. Enhance our design system by creating scalable, consistent assets for all touchpoints.
4. Design assets for product launches and announcements, including graphics and visuals.

About You

1. Showcase a portfolio demonstrating your skill in creating clean, impactful visuals.
2. Experience with design systems or UI library development.
3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into resonant designs.
5. Enjoy collaboration and working across teams.

Bonus Points

1. Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, or Web3 (or eagerness to learn).
2. Experience with SaaS, dashboards, or developer tools.
3. Skills in motion graphics or animation are a plus.
