Elite Senior Web & Brand Designer (Freelance)

Remote – Canada-based only

We’re Pixel One — a design partner to some of the most ambitious teams in AI, enterprise SaaS, and next-gen platforms. Our clients include Google, nVIDIA, Autodesk, Epic Games, Mercedes-Benz, Hublot and more.

We’re looking for a world-class freelance Senior Web & Brand Designer who thrives on pushing the craft forward. You’ll join a tightly knit team that obsesses over quality, ships fast, and protects its culture fiercely. This is a place for those who care deeply, learn relentlessly, and want to create the best work of their careers.

We design systems and sites that feel inevitable — from vision to launch. Projects are fast-paced, fun, and often at the bleeding edge (we’ve been deep in AI agents for over a year). We work remotely but come together twice a year in places like Barcelona, Greece, Toronto, Montreal, Miami and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for brand and web projects
• Translate strategy into crisp, systematic design
• Create moodboards, wireframes, and polished visuals
• Design with scalability and dev handoff in mind
• Collaborate closely in Notion and Figma
• Contribute to shaping how we work, not just what we ship

What we’re looking for

• Elite-level web design and brand instincts
• Framer skills are a plus
• Bonus if you illustrate, animate, or know your way around After Effects or Rive
• You’ve led projects from scratch, not just executed
• You think in systems, not one-offs
• You communicate early and often (Notion is second nature)
