Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting/finance is required.
• Progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• CPA or CB designation is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date general ledger records and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and other transactions.
• Complete bank and card reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and related records.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management.
• Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners as needed.
