Job summary

Fleming & Company, located on the West Shore, is seeking an organized bookkeeper with tax preparation experience to join our team. You will handle personal tax returns, maintain client records, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates to ensure accuracy.

Hands-on experience with SAGE50, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Profile and MS Office is essential. We welcome candidates with 5 years of bookkeeping and tax prep experience and 2–3 years of accounting study who deliver detail-oriented work

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using SAGE50, QBO, Intuit Profile and MS Office is a must, as is being detailed oriented, accurate, and completely fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Experience in an accounting practice would be an asset.
• If you have 5 years of bookkeeping and tax preparation experience, completed 2-3 years of accounting academic training
